The Shudnow Short Sale Group is a unique team of professionals dedicated to the Marketing & Financial Aspects of Real Estate Sales, Buying & Investing.

The Group is co-headed by Marc & Iva Shudnow.  Two unique individuals that come to the table with very particular experiences that will assist you in the selling or buying process.

Marc Shudnow:
Marc holds both a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Illinois.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant, and is licensed in Real Estate, Home Inspections, and Mortgages.  He has spent his 1st 12 years running a C.P.A. firm and the last 9 in Real Estate.  Marc takes a fundamental analysis approach to the business of Short Sales and REO's.  His unique training and experience allows him to analyze a property, make an informed recommendation, and most importantly execute the transaction with a 9 year track record that not only beats the average Realtor's averages, but actually is over 5 times more successful.

Iva Shudnow:
Iva heads the all important bank team.  Iva spent over 5 years at Chase Bank's Loss Mitigation Department.  This gave her the knowledge and experience of what the banks are looking for.  The old adage of "Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.", is definitely true.  The bank is NOT your friend, they are only out for themselves.  You need someone to represent your interests.  Iva knows the banks, inside and out.  Her experience of being on both sides of the fence is unrivaled in the industry.  Unlike their competitors, The Shudnow Short Sale Group, DOES NOT hand the negotiations over to another person or company.  Iva Shudnow, (Certified Loss Mitigation Consultant), directly negotiates the transaction with the bank.  This gives the clients 2 benefits: #1 - It cuts down on a middle-person.  Who can clutter up the transaction, and may not be fully integrated with the rest of the functions of the Short Sale or REO.  #2 - It cuts down on costs, which on many transactions, can make or break the approval.

Bioleta Cervantes:
Bioleta is the office manager.  Bioleta has worked in the Real Estate industry for over 5 years.  She has worked for a mortgage company and a real estate lawyer, before joining the Shudnows'.  Her past experience and knowledge allows her to manage a very busy office.  Bioleta's expertise and dedication, free Marc & Iva up to handle the higher level issues that the group faces.

The Team:
The rest of the staff either works for Iva on the bank team, or Bioleta on the office team.   They each have  set assignments and areas of responsibility.  One phrase you will NEVER hear from the team of professionals is, "Thats NOT my job.".
